Career Fair

Over 1,000 Students Attend BMCC Career Fair
BMCC’s Center for Career Development hosted its Fall 2024 Career Fair on September 25 in the College gymnasium at 199 Chambers St.  Around 1,100 students attended the event where they explored job and internship opportunities and took advantage of a number of networking opportunities. Ninety-five companies and organizations from fields as diverse as law enforcement, finance, accounting, marketing, retail and communications were on hand to accept resumes and meet with students. Robert Earl, Director of the Center for Career Development, said the career fair plays a significant role in the college's mission to bridge the gap between education and the professional world. "The career fair was amazing,” said Business Administration major Lin Yadanar Aye. “It’s always beneficial to network and get a sense of what life will be like after I graduate.
